Four-story apartment building on Chelmou – Ivis – Thrasyvoulou Str., Chalandri

In one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Chalandri, at 29 Irodou Attikou Street, we constructed a high architecture state-of-the-art building following cutting-edge trends. An apartment building on the ground floor of which there are 3 maisonettes with parking spaces in the basement and storage areas. On the 2 floors we created 4 apartments 2 on each floor. Our apartments offer the latest mod cons (autonomous natural gas heating system with mini-boilers in each apartment, underfloor heating, satellite reception, Internet, CCTV, security system).Of course, we landscaped the verdant surroundings.
