2010: Six-story apartment building at 99 Anakreontos Street, Zografou

In a neighborhood of the Municipality of Zografou we built a high architecture, state-of-the-art apartment building. An apartment building with pilotis and parking spaces in the basement. With 15 apartments: the first 3 floors have 3 apartments per floor, while floors 4, 5 and 6 have 2 apartment per floor. Our apartments are equipped with the latest mod cons (autonomous natural gas heating system with mini-boilers in each apartment, satellite reception, Internet, CCTV, security system).
